Welcome to the Spiritual Haven Natural Health Spa a place of holistic healing. Holistic healing refers to the views that physical, mental, and spiritual aspects of life are closely interconnected and equally important approaches to treatment.

I seek ways to improve health by assisting the body's innate capacity to recover. The forms of therapy that are used at this practice are Kinesiology, Nambudripad's Allergy Elimination Techniques (NAET), Tibetan Sound Bowl Massage, and Reiki.
